These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Whitetail Design website and services. By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Whitetail Design offers design services including but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior design

  • Architectural renderings

  • New build and renovation planning

  • Custom cabinetry design

  • Commercial and residential furnishing and styling

2. Consultations & Proposals

  • Initial consultations may be complimentary unless otherwise noted.

  • Design proposals, renderings, and estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

  • Final deliverables are provided once agreements are signed and deposits received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information, timelines, and access as needed

  • Review and approve designs, materials, or changes in a timely manner

  • Comply with any applicable property codes or permitting requirements

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, renderings, and materials provided by Whitetail Design remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

5. Project Timelines

We strive to meet all agreed-upon timelines, but delays due to vendor issues, weather, or third-party contractors are not the responsibility of Whitetail Design.

6. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payments are due based on the schedule outlined in your service agreement.

  • Late payments may incur fees.

  • Cancellation terms are outlined in individual service contracts and may include non-refundable deposits.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or contractors

  • Damage arising from misuse of design recommendations or products

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Madison County, IL unless otherwise agreed.
